Sheli has had a lifelong passion for her craft. Sheer commitment and determination, have taken her from humble beginnings behind the chair in 1999, to working on hair shows, films, print work, and founding the artistic community that is Red X Hair Studio on Seattle’s Capitol Hill.
Her latest role, as a member of the Davines North American Artistic Team, an international brand “guided by the principle of sustainable beauty,” has taken Sheli all over the globe to be trained by some of the world’s most influential hair designers. She then brings this knowledge and energy back to the team at Red X where they continue to innovate and raise the bar.
Sheli’s strengths are total look, design, and, importantly communication. When you see Sheli—whether for the current trend, or the classic look—you’ll experience a master of the craft. Her natural intuition and ease, gained from years of passionate growth, allow her to achieve her number one priority at Red X: making her clients feel beautiful inside and out.
Heidi grew up in the NW around beauty salons and couldn't wait to go to beauty school herself which she did while in high school. She always admired the freedom and creativity her family and friends in the industry had. After over 20 years in the industry she is still going strong and loves the challenge of figuring out what works for you, your lifestyle and your hair. She is skilled at male and female cuts. She loves short creative women's cuts, working with curly hair, doing dimensional color and can give a mean body wave which is rare in the age of straightening treatments and keratin blow outs. She continues to take classes and is passionate about Davines and their sustainable practices.
Tabrina has over 15 years experience building lasting relationships with her clients and helping them reinvent their look time and time again. Her passion began at an early age, cutting and coloring her own hair and eventually all of her friends as well (pissing off their parents in the process). She's since gone legit, but still loves experimenting and creative challenges. You'll find she's especially adept at listening to what someone is after and finding a style that truly works for them. Blonde tones and textured cuts are her specialty, but you'll find she can really do it all!
6 years into her profession, Gervaise loves the highly creative & technical aspects of hair artistry. Her passions are Multi-Dimensional Color, Extensions, Haircuts, Barbery, and Special Styles. She is very flexible & loves problem-solving. With an academic background Gervaise is an educator for 2 extension lines & for Davines, the beautiful color line featured at Red X Hair Studio! Constantly striving to grow her career, you are more than encouraged to set up an appointment today!
Naomi has been professionally cutting and coloring hair for 7 years. Her passion started at a young age and experimented with cutting and coloring her own hair and eventually started doing other people's hair until she went to school for it 10 years later.

Julia is also compelled to offer her services internationally so recently completed a 2 month stay in Cambodia as a guest artist for Justice and Soul, a non-profit beauty school in Cambodia working to uplift victims of the sex slave industry and give them a new career and focus.
